About Us
Welcome to International Deaf Cultural Arts, Inc.
a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and amplifying Deaf creativity and culture around the world.
Who We Are
IDCA is a global movement rooted in the belief that Deaf people’s artistic voices deserve visibility, respect, and opportunity. We bring together Deaf artists, performers, designers, and storytellers who express cultural identity through dance, visual arts, theater, fashion, sign language, and multimedia.
What We Do
-
Organize international arts events and cultural festivals that showcase Deaf artistry.
-
Host programs for fashion models, designers, and artists from diverse backgrounds.
-
Promote awareness of Deaf culture and identity globally through performance, visual storytelling, and sign language.
Our Mission
To empower Deaf individuals and children by providing platforms where they can shine — to perform, to create, to inspire. Through our events, exhibitions, and collaborations, we are committed to nurturing artistic talent, cultural pride, and social connection.

Our Vision
We envision a world where Deaf arts are fully seen, valued, and accessible; where Deaf creators across every nation share their stories, and where art becomes a bridge — connecting cultures, breaking barriers, and celebrating the richness of Deaf heritage.
Why It Matters
Deaf culture is rich with visual language, embodied expression, and unique ways of seeing and being. IDCA believes that by uplifting these voices — through performance, art, fashion, and storytelling — we not only empower individuals but also help reshape global perspectives on Deafness. We provide spaces where Deaf people are not just seen, but celebrated.
